Noise Abatement trial WAS scheduled for September 2006
At the hearing on 20th September a trial date of September 2006 has been agreed. The delay is due to TKA requesting a 3 week hearing and TKA solictors not being available in May, their expert witnesses not being available in June/July 2006 and the Factory having a holiday in August!

The original notice was served in June 2004. TKA apealed against the notice and 4 court appearences had all been adjourned for further tests.
