Minutes of the Extra-ordinary Meeting to appoint a Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to Caldecote Parish Council on 18 July 2002 at 7pm in the village hall

Present: Parish Councillors; B Drayton, T. Footman, O. Kember (Chairman), J. Lang, P. Phillips Dr C Stopp and F. Wolton and Mrs G Stoehr (Clerk)

1. Appointment and terms and conditions

Two applications, Mrs L Coe and Mrs D Gingell, had been received and both had been invited to interview. Unfortunately neither had been able to attend. On a proposition by Councillor Kember, seconded by Councillor Wolton it was agreed to reschedule the interviews for Thursday 25 July and to invite both to applicants attend.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.45pm.
