Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of Caldecote Parish Council on
28 August 2003 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall

Also present: Mr Carl Atkinson, Land Director and Mr Simon Butler-Finbow, Planning Director, both from Ashwell

2.0 S106 Agreement Grafton Pig Far,ms/Ashwell Investments Ltd
The chair welcomed those present. After detailed consideration of the draft S106 Agreement for Grafton Pig Farms/Ashwell Investments Ltd, Cllr Kember proposed and Cllr Wolton seconded that the chaiman and vice-chairman be authorised to sign the final version of the above Section 106 Agreement with the following two amendments to the Second Schedule, Nos 6 and 8, inserting the phrase in parentheses "(within 28 days)" after "for onward transmission". This was carried unanimously.
3.0 Closure of meeting
There being no further business the chairman declared the meeting closed at 8.25 p.m.
